The Governors welcome visits from parents or their representatives before expressing a preference for the school. If they would like to visit they should make an appointment to meet the Head teacher who shows parents around the school each week in the Autumn term.
The Governing Body intends to admit 28 children to the Reception class each year.
Applications are made by completing the Local Authority Common Application Form within the designated time frame (available on Local Authority websites) and should be submitted to the parents’ own Local Authority or via the e-admissions website. Please click here to go to the Camden Primary Admissions website.
Please read the school’s admission criteria carefully before applying – the admissions oversubscription criteria can be downloaded to the right.
For applications under oversubscription criteria 2, 3, 4, 6 or 7, in addition to the Local Authority form, parents should complete the school's Supplementary Information Form and return it directly to the school by the same date. Supplementary Information Forms can be obtained from the school office or downloaded by clicking on the link from this page.
Note for 2021 applications onwards
The Office of the Schools Adjudicator (OSA) has agreed an amendment to our admissions criteria for September 2021 to take into account the closure of churches due to the coronavirus pandemic. The amended criteria are available on the right along with the letter from the OSA.
Please note that Christ Church was closed for public worship between 22nd March 2020 and 5th July 2020 inclusive, between 8th November 2020 and 29th November 2020 inclusive and between 10th January 2021 and 14th February 2021 inclusive. For criteria 2, 4, 6 and 7, parents must fulfil the church attendance requirements set out in note 4 for the two years prior to the closing date for applications, with the exception of any periods when churches were closed.
